Refund Policy

At Markory, most of our products are custom-made and personalized based on each customer’s order.
Due to the nature of custom production, refunds and returns are subject to the following conditions.


Custom Products

Custom products (including printed or laser-engraved items) are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect
  • The product received does not match the original order
  • The item was damaged during shipping

Customers must contact us within 7 business days of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the issue.


Non-Custom Products

Non-customized items may be returned within 7 business days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Incorrect size, color, or file uploaded by the customer
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
  • Low-quality or incorrect design files provided by the customer

Refund Process

Once a return or replacement is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
  • In case of replacement, a new item will be produced and shipped
